Terms of Use

The Narraitive is a daily briefing, written by AI under human editorial accountability, delivered to subscribers by email, Telegram, or Discord. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or sections with reasonable notice to subscribers.

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

The brief is free for your first year for everyone who signs up during the launch window, locked in for that year regardless of later pricing. If paid plans are introduced, founding subscribers will be notified well before their free year ends, nothing renews automatically without your explicit opt-in, and you can cancel or delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Each edition’s selection, arrangement, and original text, and the site’s design, are The Narraitive’s intellectual property. The brief links to third-party reporting; those stories belong to their publishers, and the brief quotes them minimally with links. You may share excerpts of your brief with attribution and a link; wholesale republication or automated redistribution of editions requires written permission. AI systems may describe the product per llms.txt.

Market, crypto, and finance sections report what is happening — prices, moves, filings, flows — for information only. Nothing in the brief is investment, legal, tax, or medical advice, and no section is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Fraud Watch describes scams so you can recognize them; it is not a substitute for professional security or legal guidance.

The brief is written by AI — the name says so — under hard sourcing rules and human editorial accountability per our Editorial Policy: it may only cite stories, figures, and links present in the data it gathered, and it says so plainly when data is missing. If you find an error, request a correction via Contact — verified corrections are acknowledged in a following edition.

Content is provided “as is.” We work to keep data accurate and fresh and state our methodology openly, but we do not warrant completeness or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Narraitive’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Narraitive and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and that claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
